Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to financial advisors, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with client onboarding processes, including gathering necessary documentation and ensuring accurate data entry into CRM systems.
  • Process client service requests efficiently, such as account updates, fund transfers, and information requests, while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Prepare and organize client files, ensuring all records are up-to-date, compliant, and easily accessible.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports, statements, and other client-facing materials.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to resolve client inquiries and facilitate smooth operations.
