Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with fuel selection/payment.
- Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions using a POS system.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for all sales.
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas with merchandise.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store, forecourt, pumps, and washrooms.
- Monitor fuel levels and report discrepancies or maintenance issues promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all safety and security procedures and regulations.
- Handle minor customer inquiries and provide general assistance.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as lottery reconciliation.
- Ensure strict compliance with age-restricted sales for tobacco and lottery products.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Basic mathematical proficiency for sales and change calculations.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (6+ months) in a retail or customer service environment.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

- Valid Class 5 driver's license.
