Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, clean, cut, and process fish according to specific instructions and quality standards.
- Operate and monitor processing equipment safely and efficiently after training.
- Sort, weigh, and package finished fish products for distribution.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations and procedures (HACCP, GMP).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
