Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, clean, cut, and process fish according to specific instructions and quality standards.
  • Operate and monitor processing equipment safely and efficiently after training.
  • Sort, weigh, and package finished fish products for distribution.
  • Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations and procedures (HACCP, GMP).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
  • Monitor product quality and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
