Key Responsibilities
- Sort, grade, and trim various types of seafood according to company standards and specifications.
- Operate basic packing machinery and tools under supervision.
- Package seafood products accurately and efficiently into containers, boxes, or bags.
- Label packages with correct product information, weight, and expiry dates.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and finished products as needed.
- Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Good manual dexterity.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg) regularly.
