Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites.
  • Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
  • Perform physically demanding tasks such as shoveling, raking, and lifting materials.
  • Support skilled tradespeople and equipment operators.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines meticulously.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Learn and perform various road construction tasks, including asphalt paving, concrete work, and drainage installation.
  • Load and unload materials and equipment safely.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
