Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites.
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
- Perform physically demanding tasks such as shoveling, raking, and lifting materials.
- Support skilled tradespeople and equipment operators.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines meticulously.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Learn and perform various road construction tasks, including asphalt paving, concrete work, and drainage installation.
- Load and unload materials and equipment safely.
- Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
