Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Efficiently manage guest reservations, including modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Act as a central point of contact for guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and other communications with excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with luggage handling, amenity requests, and transportation arrangements as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
- Collaborate effectively with other resort departments to ensure a cohesive and high-quality guest experience.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
Required Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
