Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties in dining areas, restrooms, kitchens, and other assigned spaces.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, floors, and work surfaces.
- Wash dishes, glassware, and cutlery using commercial dishwashers and by hand when necessary.
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly to maintain cleanliness and prevent slip hazards.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including WHMIS and food safety standards.
- Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or faulty equipment to management promptly.
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good working order and ensure proper storage.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
