Job Description
Hiring.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-commerce Manager to take the helm of our online retail operations in Radcliffe, Manchester. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and profitability.
- Manage and optimize all aspects of the e-commerce website, including product listings, content, and user experience (UX).
- Plan and oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and affiliate programs.
- Analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Implement A/B testing and other CRO techniques to improve website performance and conversion rates continuously.
- Manage e-commerce budget, forecast sales, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant e-commerce regulations, data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR), and industry best practices.
- Oversee customer service inquiries related to online orders, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to launch new products, promotions, and campaigns effectively.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role in an online retail environment (4+ years).
- Strong understanding of major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
- Expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
