Key Responsibilities
- Learn and competently operate various bindery equipment such as folders, cutters, stitchers, and laminators under supervision.
- Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting to ensure efficient operation.
- Perform quality control checks on finished products, identifying and addressing any defects or inconsistencies.
- Load and unload materials onto machines and prepare finished products for packaging and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist senior bindery staff with complex tasks and learn best practices in print finishing.
- Accurately complete production logs and other required documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production deadlines and quality targets.

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
