Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Provide mobility assistance, helping clients with transfers, walking, and light exercise.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, adhering to dietary restrictions.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and tidy living environment for clients.
- Offer companionship, engage clients in conversation, and participate in stimulating activities.
- Remind clients to take their medication as scheduled and assist with simple health monitoring.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health status, behavior, or needs to the appropriate supervisor.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of clients at all times, following established protocols.
- Accurately document care provided and client observations as per company guidelines.
