Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including safe use of mobility aids.
- Administer medication reminders as per individual care plans.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, if required.
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, tidying, and cleaning common areas.
- Engage clients in stimulating activities and provide companionship.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social outings.
- Monitor and accurately report changes in client’s health, behavior, or living conditions.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment for clients.
- Adhere strictly to client care plans and company policies and procedures.
