Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival, escorting them to their tables.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, utilizing our POS system efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction, refilling drinks and clearing dishes as needed.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and courteously.
- Process guest payments accurately, handling cash, credit cards, and gift cards.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, and host staff to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area, including table setup and sanitation.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking, cleaning, and preparing for the next shift.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 6 months of proven experience as a Server in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude.
- Proficiency in basic math for accurate order taking and payment processing.
- Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
