Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional personalized styling advice to customers, understanding their needs and preferences to create compelling outfits.
- Actively engage with clients on the sales floor, providing product information and styling tips to drive sales and achieve individual targets.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards, ensuring the boutique is consistently attractive, well-organized, and inviting.

- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and general upkeep of the store to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Skills
- Minimum 18 months of proven retail styling or fashion sales experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- In-depth knowledge of current fashion trends, textiles, and styling principles.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays, to meet business needs.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and client relationship management.
