Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with order placement, answer questions about menu items, and provide recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station, front counter, and dining area as needed.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Assist with packaging take-out orders and ensuring order accuracy before distribution.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
