Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise all restaurant areas, including dining rooms, kitchens, bar areas, and restrooms, to an exceptional standard.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly, ensuring all surfaces are free from debris and spills.
- Clean and polish fixtures, fittings, windows, and mirrors.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish in accordance with recycling and waste management policies.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Monitor and restock washroom supplies (e.g., soap, paper towels, toilet paper).
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as scheduled or required, such as degreasing kitchen equipment, cleaning ovens, and scrubbing floors.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management promptly.
