Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming goods, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations, optimizing space and accessibility.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Accurately record inventory data using our inventory management system (IMS).
- Prepare items for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling according to company standards.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Identify and report any damaged, defective, or missing inventory items.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate inventory flow.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, data entry).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 30 lbs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
