As a Cabinet Assembler, you will be an integral part of our dynamic production team, responsible for meticulously bringing our intricate designs to life. Under the direct guidance of experienced lead assemblers and supervisors, you will embark on a learning journey, mastering the art of reading and interpreting detailed assembly diagrams, safely operating various hand and power tools (such as drills, sanders, and nail guns), and applying precise joinery techniques. Key Responsibilities
- Learn and perform basic cabinet assembly tasks under supervision.
- Read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings, and blueprints.
- Safely operate hand tools and basic power tools (e.g., drills, sanders, nail guns).
- Measure and cut materials accurately according to specifications.
- Inspect components for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to 5S principles.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and finished products.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals.
