Key Responsibilities

  • Process expense reports, ensuring accuracy and strict adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Verify receipts, documentation, and approval limits for all expense submissions.
  • Reconcile expense reports with general ledger accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Communicate effectively with employees across departments to clarify expense details and resolve any issues.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to expense reconciliation and reporting.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records of all expense documentation, ensuring audit readiness.
  • Support the finance team with various ad-hoc administrative and data entry tasks as required.
  • Stay updated on company expense policies, procedural changes, and relevant financial regulations to ensure compliance.

Required Skills
