Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via email, live chat, and phone during evening hours.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear solutions.
- Strong empathy and ability to connect with customers.
- Proficiency with CRM software and general office applications.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet home workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Availability to work evening shifts, typically starting from late afternoon/early evening GMT.
