Key Responsibilities
- Assist servers with table setup, clearing, and resetting for new guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
- Refill condiment dispensers, ice bins, and drink stations as needed.
- Assist with dishwashing duties, ensuring a constant supply of clean dishes, cutlery, and glassware.
- Support kitchen staff with basic prep tasks, such as peeling vegetables or portioning ingredients, as directed.
- Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and well-maintained throughout shifts.
- Help with stocking supplies, including linens, silverware, and other essentials.
