Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards.
  • Train and mentor new team members, providing clear instructions, constructive feedback, and ongoing support.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures to maintain a safe and efficient workplace.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist with stocking, merchandising, and maintaining an organized sales floor or operational area.
  • Prepare accurate shift reports, document incidents or observations, and communicate critical information to management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for both team members and customers.
  • Motivate and engage team members to foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance atmosphere.
  • Assist with scheduling, break management, and other administrative tasks as required to support smooth operations.
