Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of departmental budgets.
  • Track and reconcile expenditures against budget allocations.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents with accuracy.
  • Generate routine financial reports on budget status and variances.
  • Maintain organized records of financial transactions and budget documentation.
  • Identify and investigate discrepancies in financial data, reporting issues to senior staff.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary financial information.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
