Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the supervision and training of cleaning staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety protocols.
- Learn and implement various cleaning techniques and equipment operation for commercial and institutional settings.
- Conduct quality inspections of cleaned areas, identifying and addressing any deficiencies.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance.
- Support the management of cleaning schedules and assignments to optimize efficiency and coverage.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing updates and addressing concerns professionally.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance supervisory and technical skills.
Required Skills
