Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, load, unload, and stack materials.
- Inspect forklifts daily and complete inspection logs, reporting any malfunctions or issues promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of the warehouse, ensuring cleanliness and order.
- Verify product quantities and ensure proper placement of goods.
- Handle materials with care to prevent damage to products or property.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to read and understand safety procedures and operational manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from our Midtown, Tallahassee facility.
