Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, providing accurate and timely information regarding telecommunication products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to internet, television, and home phone services.
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries, account management, and service changes/upgrades.
  • Educate customers on new features, promotions, and packages to enhance their overall experience.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Continuously learn about new products, services, and industry developments to stay current.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and multi-tasking across applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume call center setting.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor with a strong customer-first attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Familiarity with technical troubleshooting for internet, TV, or phone services.
  • Bilingualism (e.g., French, Hindi, Punjabi) is an asset.
