Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of various technical equipment and systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by clients in an efficient and timely manner.
- Conduct preventative maintenance checks and routine inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Document all service activities, including diagnostics, repairs, parts used, and time spent, accurately.
- Manage and maintain company-provided tools, test equipment, and vehicle in excellent condition.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies during all service operations.
- Collaborate with the internal support team to escalate complex issues and share knowledge.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional demeanor and effective communication.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a field service technician role or similar technical support position.
- Strong understanding of electromechanical systems, network protocols, and software applications.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Valid G-class driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Electronics, IT, or a related technical field.
