Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, configuration, and commissioning of complex industrial equipment and systems at client sites.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot intricate technical issues, including electrical, mechanical, and software-related problems.
- Execute repairs, replace faulty components, and calibrate systems to meet precise specifications.
- Provide comprehensive technical support and training to client personnel on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety.
- Document all service activities, repairs, and customer interactions accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and sales teams to provide feedback for product improvement.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional conduct and effective communication.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, as well as client site regulations.
- Manage spare parts inventory and service tools effectively.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a field service, maintenance, or technical support role.
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Demonstrated experience with diagnostic tools and test equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, PLCs).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and teamwork.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%) within the region and occasionally nationally/internationally.
