Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, secure, and scalable network architectures for enterprise-level environments.
- Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of network infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and architectural standards.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to network engineering and operations teams.
- Evaluate and recommend new network technologies, products, and services to enhance capabilities and efficiency.
- Develop and enforce network security policies, procedures, and best practices to protect organizational data and assets.
- Conduct regular network performance analysis, capacity planning, and troubleshoot complex network issues.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal IT policies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex enterprise network solutions (LAN, WAN, Data Center).
- Expertise in routing and switching protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, STP, VLANs).
- Strong knowledge of network security principles and technologies (Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, NAC).
- Experience with cloud networking concepts and architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency with network monitoring, diagnostic, and management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts.
