Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and retrieve products from warehouse locations based on customer order forms.
- Efficiently pack items, ensuring they are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy before packaging.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling, weighing, and staging for carrier pickup.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and efficiently after training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures diligently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals and deadlines.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or orders.
