Key Responsibilities
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization of the garage, individual work areas, and storage spaces.
- Assist senior technicians and other staff members with various tasks as needed, including fetching tools, parts, and supplies.
- Perform routine checks and basic preventative maintenance on garage equipment and company vehicles as directed.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts efficiently and in strict accordance with company and environmental policies.
- Ensure all safety protocols, guidelines, and procedures are strictly followed at all times to maintain a secure working environment.
- Organize and inventory supplies, notifying management promptly when stock levels are low to prevent interruptions.
- Operate basic cleaning equipment, hand tools, and other garage apparatus safely and effectively.
- Support vehicle movement and parking within the garage facility, ensuring efficient flow and space utilization.
- Collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with all team members to ensure smooth and coordinated daily operations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, potential safety hazards, or facility issues to immediate supervisors promptly.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
