Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for cloud-based infrastructure and applications, addressing issues promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor cloud systems for performance, security, and availability, identifying potential problems before they impact users.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical incidents related to cloud services, virtual machines, and network connectivity.
- Document support procedures, solutions, and knowledge base articles to improve team efficiency and customer self-service.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex issues and contribute to root cause analysis.
- Participate in on-call rotations as needed, ensuring continuous support coverage.
- Learn and implement best practices for cloud security, compliance, and cost optimization.
- Engage with internal teams and clients to understand their needs and provide clear, concise technical explanations.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in command-line interfaces (CLI) and basic scripting (e.g., Bash, Python).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
