Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in strategic planning and policy-making to guide the organization's mission and vision.
- Provide diligent financial oversight, reviewing budgets, financial statements, and ensuring fiscal accountability.
- Act as an ambassador and advocate for the organization, enhancing its public image and community relations.
- Support fundraising initiatives, leveraging personal networks and actively participating in development efforts.
- Ensure legal and ethical compliance, upholding the highest standards of governance and transparency.
- Recruit, orient, and evaluate the Executive Director, providing guidance and support for operational leadership.
- Attend and actively participate in regular board meetings, committees, and special events.
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of organizational programs and services.
