Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in strategic planning and policy-making to guide the organization's mission and vision.
  • Provide diligent financial oversight, reviewing budgets, financial statements, and ensuring fiscal accountability.
  • Act as an ambassador and advocate for the organization, enhancing its public image and community relations.
  • Support fundraising initiatives, leveraging personal networks and actively participating in development efforts.
  • Ensure legal and ethical compliance, upholding the highest standards of governance and transparency.
  • Recruit, orient, and evaluate the Executive Director, providing guidance and support for operational leadership.
  • Attend and actively participate in regular board meetings, committees, and special events.
  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of organizational programs and services.

  • Proven experience in strategic planning and organizational governance.
  • Strong financial literacy and ability to interpret financial reports.
