You’ll be responsible for safely transporting individuals and groups between designated airport terminals, local hotels, and other key locations within the vibrant Wellen Park and North Port vicinity. Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate airport shuttle vehicles along designated routes and schedules.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage and personal belongings.
- Provide friendly, professional, and courteous customer service to all passengers.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any defects or issues.
- Maintain a clean and orderly shuttle vehicle, both inside and out.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding pick-up/drop-off times, delays, and passenger needs.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and transportation regulations.
- Ensure punctuality and efficient service to maintain passenger schedules.
- Handle passenger inquiries and provide local area information as requested.
Required Skills
- Valid Class D Driver's License (or equivalent) with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Strong commitment to safety and responsible driving practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-service oriented with a positive and friendly attitude
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs)
- Punctual, reliable, and able to adhere to strict schedules
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
