Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Manage and confirm reservations, process payments, and maintain accurate guest records.
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions/events.
  • Operate multi-line phone systems, direct calls, and take messages accurately.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
  • Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately and securely.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Assist with special guest requests and concierge services as needed.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency (e.g., MS Office, email).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
