Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) under direct supervision.
- Perform basic machine setups and adjustments as instructed by senior operators or supervisors.
- Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Conduct routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet specified standards and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Assist with machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance tasks as needed.
- Accurately complete production logs and other required documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read and understand basic instructions and procedures in English
