Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care to residents throughout the night, maintaining their dignity and independence.
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and toileting, as required.
- Administer medication in accordance with company policies and CQC guidelines, maintaining accurate records.
- Conduct regular welfare checks on residents, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to all call bells and resident requests.
- Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the senior care assistant or nurse on duty.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans and daily records.
- Support residents with mobility and repositioning to prevent pressure sores.
- Assist with light domestic duties and ensure the care home environment remains clean and tidy.
- Provide emotional support and companionship, offering a reassuring presence during the night.

Preferred Qualifications
