Job Description

Hiring.zycto is seeking a highly strategic and operationally astute Chief of Staff to partner directly with our executive leadership team. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to the CEO and executive leadership team.
  • Oversee and drive the execution of high-priority strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Facilitate effective communication, collaboration, and decision-making across all departments.
  • Manage and prepare for executive meetings, including agenda development, material preparation, and follow-up.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare insightful reports to support executive decision-making.
  • Act as a primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing relationships effectively.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements and efficiencies across the organization.
  • Lead special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO, from conception to completion.
  • Assist in organizational planning, talent management, and change management efforts.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, operations, or executive leadership support.
  • Exceptional strategic planning and execution capabilities.
  • Superior verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in project management and cross-functional leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience within a management consulting firm or a rapidly scaling corporate environment.
