Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular data validation and quality checks.
- Provide recommendations to leadership based on data-driven insights to improve business performance and decision-making.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of data warehousing solutions and data governance standards.
- Educate and empower business users on how to effectively utilize BI tools for self-service analytics.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence or Data Analyst role.
