You will be instrumental in managing the influx of demo submissions, conducting preliminary research on potential artists and producers, and ensuring the seamless flow of communication within the A&R team, with artists, managers, and other external industry contacts.

The ideal candidate possesses an unwavering love for music across various genres, a keen ear for commercial potential, and exceptional administrative capabilities. This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside seasoned industry professionals, learn the intricate processes of artist development from the ground up, and contribute directly to the discovery of future chart-topping acts and groundbreaking artists.

Beyond administrative support, you will be expected to actively participate in market research, analyze emerging industry trends, identify potential hitmakers, and present your findings to the A&R team. Your insights into new music, artist social media presence, and audience engagement will help shape our scouting strategies and identify new niches and sonic directions. This is not merely a desk job; it’s an immersive, hands-on experience at the heart of the music business, demanding proactive engagement, meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a genuine desire to elevate artists and their creative vision. If you’re eager to turn your profound passion for music into a rewarding career and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment where your contributions directly impact the future of sound, we strongly encourage you to apply and help us sculpt the next generation of musical talent.
