As a Cafe Barista, you will be the heart of our operations, creating delicious beverages and fostering a warm, inviting atmosphere for all our guests. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process transactions efficiently.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other cafe equipment.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, seating areas, and restrooms.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision.
- Assist with stocking inventory, refilling supplies, and receiving deliveries.
- Educate customers on menu items, coffee beans, and brewing methods.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide exceptional service with a positive attitude.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
