Job Description
Hiring.zycto is seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter with a strong focus on talent sourcing to join our growing team in Southport. As an HR Recruiter – Talent Sourcing, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier talent across various departments within our organization. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring needs and crafting compelling job descriptions to executing innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative talent sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates for a variety of roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop robust interview processes, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
- Proactively source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Indeed, professional networks, databases, and direct outreach.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and professional interactions.
- Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) effectively for candidate management, reporting, and data integrity.
- Stay informed of industry trends, recruitment best practices, and local market conditions.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and promote Hiring.zycto as an employer of choice.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as an HR Recruiter or Talent Sourcing Specialist, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrable expertise in various sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, self-starter mentality with a results-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting for diverse roles across different industries.
- Familiarity with UK employment law and best recruitment practices.
