Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments and develop relevant programs.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training materials and interactive workshops for all employee levels.
- Evaluate training program effectiveness using feedback and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training with business objectives.
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), tracking progress and records.
- Research and integrate new trends and technologies in learning and development.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dedicated training or employee development role.
- Proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate effective training programs.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Training & Development (e.g., CIPD L&D).
