Job Description

Are you a passionate Training Officer ready to significantly impact employee development? Hiring.zycto seeks a highly motivated individual for our Human Resources team in Birkenhead. This pivotal role involves designing, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. You will identify development needs, craft engaging learning experiences, and foster continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough training needs assessments and develop relevant programs.
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging training materials and interactive workshops for all employee levels.
  • Evaluate training program effectiveness using feedback and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align training with business objectives.
  • Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), tracking progress and records.
  • Research and integrate new trends and technologies in learning and development.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dedicated training or employee development role.
  • Proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate effective training programs.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in Training & Development (e.g., CIPD L&D).
  • Experience with performance management and talent development frameworks.
