Hiring.zycto is seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Assistant – Admin Support to join our dynamic team in Wallasey, Liverpool. As an HR Assistant, you will be at the heart of our employee journey, from onboarding new hires to supporting various HR initiatives. Your daily tasks will span across diverse areas, including maintaining employee records with utmost accuracy and confidentiality, scheduling interviews, and assisting with the preparation of HR reports. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate physical and digital employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating pre-employment checks.
- Prepare HR-related documentation such as offer letters, contracts, new hire paperwork, and leaver letters.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee HR queries, directing complex issues to appropriate HR team members.
- Support HR projects and initiatives, including training programs, employee engagement activities, and policy updates.
- Administer HR systems and databases, ensuring all information is current and accessible.
- Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information and changes.
Required Skills
- Proven administrative experience, preferably within an HR department.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Working knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
Preferred Qualifications
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards it.
- Experience with a specific HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
- Familiarity with UK employment law and HR best practices.
