Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily operational activities, including order processing, warehousing, logistics, and dispatch.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operational staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to meet or exceed operational targets.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow and reduce costs.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Manage inventory accuracy, conduct regular stock checks, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., customer service, sales) to ensure seamless cross-functional operations.
- Address and resolve operational issues, escalating complex problems to management when necessary.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
- Champion a culture of accountability, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an operations supervisory or management role.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, and supply chain processes.
