Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and diligently track detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
  • Monitor project progress and identify any deviations from the plan, proactively communicating potential risks or issues to the Project Manager.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to gather updates, allocate resources, and facilitate information flow.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, record detailed minutes, and track action items to closure.
  • Manage project documentation, ensuring all relevant files, reports, and communications are accurately stored and accessible.
  • Prepare regular status reports on project timelines and deliverable completion for internal and external review.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of project resources and manage administrative tasks related to project execution.
  • Support the Project Manager in budget tracking and resource forecasting as needed.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation).
  • Experience working within a consultancy or client-facing project environment.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
