Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Support servers and other F&B staff by refilling water, clearing dishes, and delivering food orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and back-of-house areas.
- Greet guests warmly and assist with basic inquiries or direct them to appropriate staff members.
- Ensure all necessary cutlery, glassware, and condiments are clean and readily available.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings.
- Assist with inventory and restocking of supplies as directed by supervisors.
- Proactively identify and address guest needs to enhance their dining experience.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (or actively pursuing)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly throughout a shift.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
