Key Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized one-on-one tutoring sessions, both in-person (private) and online, adapting to student learning styles and needs.
- Develop and implement customized lesson plans, study materials, and assessments across various subjects.
- Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust teaching strategies to ensure effective learning.
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and engaging learning environment to build student confidence and motivation.
- Communicate effectively with students and, where applicable, their parents/guardians regarding progress and goals.
- Manage and maintain a flexible schedule, ensuring punctuality and reliability for all booked sessions.
- Stay updated on curriculum changes, examination requirements, and best practices in education.
- Utilize online teaching platforms and tools efficiently for remote sessions.
Required Skills
