Job Description

The Admissions Officer – Application Processing at Hiring.zycto plays a pivotal role in the student recruitment lifecycle. This position is responsible for the precise and efficient management of applicant data, from initial inquiry to final enrolment decision. This involves a deep dive into applicant qualifications, verifying documentation, and meticulously updating our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update applicant records diligently within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Communicate effectively with prospective students, responding to inquiries via email, phone, and online portals in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with academic departments and admissions management to resolve complex application issues and provide informed recommendations.
  • Assist in the preparation of admissions reports and statistical analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies, data protection regulations (GDPR), and external admissions guidelines.
  • Participate in admissions events, open days, and recruitment activities as required.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and applicant experience.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider admissions team.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative or processing role, preferably within an educational setting.
