Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior designers in user research activities, including competitor analysis and user interviews.
- Contribute to the creation of user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Design engaging and intuitive user interfaces, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and design systems.
- Participate in design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
- Support in conducting usability testing sessions and synthesizing feedback for design iterations.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
- Maintain and organize design assets and documentation.
Required Skills
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Basic understanding of information architecture and user-centered design.
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to articulate design decisions and concepts effectively.
- A portfolio demonstrating personal projects, academic work, or relevant design samples.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
