Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive operational strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets.
- Oversee the end-to-end operational processes, including project management, resource allocation, supply chain (if applicable), customer support, and IT infrastructure management.
- Implement and optimize operational policies, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Utilize data analytics and KPIs to monitor operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of company initiatives.

Required Skills
